We want you to love your shoes. If not, you can request a return within 14 days and send them back within 28 days.

• Free exchanges & returns on full-price orders
• Sale items:
  • Within UK/EU: Refunds accepted with a return shipping fee (£20 / €25)
  • Outside UK/EU: Eligible for one size exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months).
    Please note: refunds are not available on sale items.
• Archive Sale items: These pieces are part of our final clearance and are final sale. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Please ensure items are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Shoes should be tried only on carpeted surfaces.

• One free size exchange shipment per order. Subsequent exchanges: £25 per item.
• Gift cards: valid 12 months, non-refundable. Returns of items purchased with gift cards will be issued as store credit.
